Welcome new C.A.I. students. You are about to begin a fun, interesting and sometimes difficult journey. Please take some time and read some important information attached to the links below.

This is a check list of information, articles, tips and rules. The purpose of this page, is to give the student a good understanding of our history, mission and teaching methods. It is also a wealth of safety tips and information that can be obtained, just by reading and studying online. The public at large, are welcome to use the gathered tips, articles and other information, that we have obtained through the years.

>>> We don't use traditional uniforms at C.A.I.. For seminars and workshops. just wear comfortable clothes. For long program students: Wear long black, un marked sweat or running pants and a black un-marked T-Shirt.
The C.A.I. T-shirt is recommended and at for sale at near cost. The first Sash/Belt comes with the purchased T-Shirt at no extra cost. ( In Japan ¥2800)
