Chuntian Academy International - C.A.I. is an international and community based organization. Our mission is to assist in personal empowerment, by spreading age and body-type appropriate, non-sport, functional self-protection skills. We teach practical "real-world" self defense for "everyday" people. Our program is designed to use for a lifetime, not youth, power or sport based, that can be physically punishing to oneself. We teach a simple and smart system that cleverly and effectively utilizes the opponents energy and power to end an attack. C.A.I. is based in Shizuoka, Japan, with Instructors in Japan, China and Singapore, and Representatives in the U.K. and U.S.A. Our associate website is www.selfdefensetips.info
