ATTENTION:
The Thursday FIGHT NIGHT and Instructor Apprentice Classes, have been Postponed to March 2012. Director Plewes is still available for Private and Semi-Private Classes on Thursday nights and Sundays afternoon/evenings by appointment. (Semi-Private or small group only by appointment)

Evening only, Private and Semi-Private Classes with Master Plewes by appointment. Must have a face to face interview first.

Notes:

Thursday Classes Located in Shizuoka City Tamachi-Bancho area at the CAI Headquarters and Main School , 14-7 Nibancho. About a 10 minute bike ride from Shizuoka station. 20 minute walk or Bus #6 ( 10-15 minutes ). Some members have cars. ask about car pooling. ¥100 yen/ hour parking 5 minute walk from school.

*The S.B.S. Classes are located on S.B.S. Street near Apita. All class fees and registration are done through S.B.S. ( Shizuoka Broadcasting system).

Intense - Defense Workshops : Technician C, B, A, to Assistant Instructor and Instructor. Offered every other month at various venues in central Japan.
Also, 1-2 times a year in the U.S.

Students and instructors of all levels are welcome to the seminars and workshops.
