Biography
Resumé /CV Founder Matt Plewes, is a 35 year martial artist - researcher and master teacher from Hampton Roads, Virginia, USA. After 25 years of study and teaching in the U.S., he has been actively teaching in Japan for more than 10 years. A School Branch was opened in Singapore in 2011. Matt's skills have been featured on Japanese TV. He resides in Shizuoka, Japan.

The First Emperor, Song Tai Zu. A Martial artist, famous for the Three Sectional Staff, originated Long Fist/Cannon Fist, popular today. He is considered the Grandfather of Modern Kung-Fu. Also in this period, a General name Yue Fei, a spear expert,converted those same techniques into empty hand, which evolved into Mind and Intentional Boxing.
(Hsing-I).This was the beginning of the Internal or Soft Styles.
